Vaporeon

My sister ~Rainbow-Butterfly356 drew an Umbreon, so I thought I'd have a go at drawing a Vaporeon. I used the pen tool for the line art hehe! And I used Risachantag's sea tutorial to help with the background.

Hmmm... I don't like this very much . I couldn't figure out how to make its feet look like they were in the water =\. Oh wells.
